Job Title: IT Specialist

Job Summary

The IT Specialist is responsible for maintaining and supporting the building's IT infrastructure, systems, and digital tools to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This includes managing security systems (CCTV, biometric access), internet connectivity, intercoms, and IT-related needs of the administration office and residents when applicable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and troubleshoot the condominium's IT systems, including:
  • CCTV systems and surveillance storage
  • Biometric/timekeeping devices
  • Internet and Wi-Fi networks
  • Building management systems (BMS)
  • PABX/Intercom systems
  • Servers and network equipment
  • Provide technical support to administrative staff regarding hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
  • Ensure data backups and system security protocols are implemented.
  • Install and configure new software, hardware, and IT equipment as needed.
  • Monitor and manage the performance of all IT systems; coordinate with third-party service providers for repairs or upgrades.
  • Assist in maintaining the official website (if applicable) and digital communication platforms.
  • Maintain inventory of IT equipment and software licenses.
  • Support residents' IT-related concerns in common areas (e.g., internet in lounges, conference rooms).
  • Document and report IT incidents, issues, and resolutions to the Property Manager.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in an IT support or network administration role.
  • Strong knowledge of networking, CCTV systems, and computer hardware.
  • Experience with building management systems and property tech solutions is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and troubleshoot technical issues efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Working Conditions

  • Office located within the condominium premises in Mandaluyong.
  • May require occasional overtime or weekend work during system maintenance or emergencies
