Qualifications:

· Bachelors Degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, Biology, or related field.With HACCP, ISO 22000, FSSC, or any related quality certifications

· With 2- 4 years in QA, preferably in food manufacturing or regulated industry.

Job Description:

· Implement and maintain QA programs, policies, and procedures in compliance with GMP, HACCP, ISO, and regulatory standards

· Conduct internal audits, inspections, and risk assessments to verify compliance.

· Monitor production processes, hygiene, and sanitation practices for QA adherence.

· Manage QA documentation including SOPs, records, and quality manuals.

· Assist in customer and regulatory audits; prepare audit reports and follow-up on action items

· Support non-conformance investigations and participate in root cause analysis and CAPA.

· Conduct training and awareness sessions for staff on QA policies and GMP compliance

· Collaborate with QC team for alignment between process compliance and product testing results.

· Track and report quality metrics, trends, and improvements to management.

· Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the QA system.

· Recommends corrective and preventive actions.

· Approves/rejects documentation related to quality systems.

· Escalates major deviations, risks, or non-compliance to QA Supervisor/Manager.

Pay: Php16, Php20,000.00 per month
