Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets for clients or organizations.

  2. Conduct financial audits to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

  3. Provide tax planning, preparation, and compliance services for individuals and businesses.

  4. Advise clients on financial strategies, investments, and risk management.

  5. Perform internal control assessments and recommend improvements to enhance financial processes.

  6. Conduct forensic accounting investigations to uncover financial fraud or irregularities.

  7. Assist clients with financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.

  8. Prepare and file tax returns, including individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns.

  9. Collaborate with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders to address financial issues and achieve business goals.

  10. Stay updated on accounting principles, tax laws, and industry regulations to provide accurate and timely advice.

  11. *Essential Qualifications:**

  12. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  13. Minimum 2-3 years of accounting experience
  14. Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, or similar)
  15. Strong knowledge of Philippine accounting standards and tax regulations
  16. Professional certification (CPA preferred)

  17. Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and financial modelling

  18. *Required Technical Skills:**

  19. Proficiency in ERP systems and financial reporting software
  20. Experience with Philippine BIR electronic filing systems
  21. Knowledge of financial audit procedures and internal controls

  22. Familiarity with forensic accounting techniques and fraud detection

  23. *Experience Requirements:**

  24. 2-5 years of progressive accounting experience
  25. Prior experience in financial statement preparation and analysis
  26. Background in tax preparation and compliance preferred
  27. Experience with client-facing roles advantageous
