23 to 40 years old

Male or Female

With one or more years' experience in same capacity

With strong communication skills

II – SCOPE OF POSITION

A Retail Station supervisor is responsible for daily operations at the station. He/She ensures that all EPC policies, manuals, procedures, safety protocols are observed and ensures growth of sales & customers by the station as well as the proper upkeep & good branding of the station.

III- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Ensure that the Retail Outlet being manage is functioning efficiently and effectively.

  2. Make sure that the sales targets are met.

  3. Retail Station Supervisors are responsible for maintain fuel and merchandise inventories.

  4. Submit fuel orders in a timely fashion so fuel arrives before reserves run low.

5 Retail Station Supervisors must keep up on daily reports from the Management to ensure prices reflect current economic trends.

  1. Facilitate and update station's business permits and all other government requirements including remittances of staff for SSS, Philhealth and Pag-Ibig.

  2. Ensure the accuracy and safekeeping of all cash and non-cash sales.

  3. Responsible on cash and cheques deposit to bank

  4. Coordinate and implement promos and other activities that promotes sales.

  5. Ensures that all credit set by the management is properly and strictly implemented.

  6. Manages and make sure that all clients with terms are properly collected

  7. Keeps copy of a supply agreement and memorandum of agreement of the retail outlet.

  8. Keeps a copy of all contracts related to business of retails.

14.Keeps the original copy of all government permits of all retail outlet.

15.Keep manual of the Retail Station Operation

  1. Conduct a daily check-up of the station using the Retail Station Checklist

  2. Keeps records of totalizer readings.

  3. Keeps a log book of station activities.

  4. Keeps all account related records of transactions

  5. Submits all reportorial requirements on time.

  6. Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the management from time

to time.
