FIXED NETWORK PRODUCT MANAGER
Key Responsibilities
- Lead pre-sales activities such as fixed network solution design, product strategy planning, and roadmap development
- Responsible for creating Bills of Quotation (BOQ), overseeing product beta testing, and conducting customer-focused discussions to drive business outcomes
- Collaborate with key account teams to analyze customer requirements, identify solution opportunities, and contribute to market acquisition efforts
- Develop and present competitive technical solutions and pricing to support project bids, including formal proposals and solution presentations
- Drive customer engagements through workshops, proof of concepts (POCs), and timely responses to RFPs/RFQs/RFIs
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to support product positioning, pricing strategy, and overall deal success
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering (ECE), Electrical Engineering (EE), or a related field
- 5–10 years of experience in solution sales or technical pre-sales within the ICT industry, preferably in the carrier or fixed network domain
- Strong technical knowledge of ICT products and services
- Effective communicator with excellent presentation and stakeholder engagement skills
- Goal-driven, customer-focused, and collaborative team player
- Business fluency in English; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus but not required
WIRELESS PRODUCT MANAGER
Job Description:
- Lead pre-sales activities including, but not limited to, wireless solution design, product strategy planning, and roadmap development.
- Responsible for creating Bills of Quotation (BOQ), conducting product beta testing, and engaging in customer-centric communication to support business success.
- Collaborate closely with the Key Account team to analyze customer needs, identify new solution opportunities or enhancements to existing offerings, and support market acquisition efforts.
- Develop and present competitive technical solutions and pricing for project bids, including formal technical proposals and solution presentations to key customers (e.g., new technology introductions, feature updates, implementation plans, and performance monitoring).
- Engage in active customer interactions through workshops, proof-of-concept (POC) sessions, and timely responses to RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to support product positioning, pricing strategies, and deal execution.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering (ECE), Electrical Engineering (EE), or a related field
- 5–10 years of experience in solution sales or sales architecture within the ICT industry (preferably in Carrier or Wireless Business)
- Strong foundational knowledge of ICT products and services
- Excellent technical understanding with a results-driven sales mindset
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Customer-focused, goal-oriented, and collaborative team player
- Business fluency in English; Mandarin proficiency is a plus but not required
CORE NETWORK - PRODUCT MANAGER
Job Description:

- Work closely with the Key Account team to analyze customer requirements, identify new solution opportunities or enhancements, and contribute to market acquisition.
- Develop and deliver competitive technical solutions and pricing for project bids, including formal proposals and solution presentations covering new technologies, feature rollouts, implementation plans, and performance monitoring.
- Engage directly with customers through workshops, proof-of-concept (POC) sessions, and responses to RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform product positioning, pricing strategies, and support resource alignment to win key projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering (ECE), Electrical Engineering (EE), or a related field
- 5–10 years of experience in solution sales or solution architecture within the ICT industry (preferably in Carrier or Core Network domains)
- Strong knowledge of ICT products and services
- Solid technical expertise combined with a sales-oriented approach
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused, results-driven, and a proactive team player
