Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of federal, state, and local income tax returns for individuals, corporations, S corporations, LLCs, and partnerships.
  • Support accounting advisory tasks, including the implementation of new accounting standards.
  • Prepare work papers in compliance with firm standards and procedures.
  • Record monthly bookkeeping entries accurately and manage bank transactions and reconciliations.
  • Prepare financial statements and reports.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to complete project components and assignments on time.
  • Synthesize data and convey information clearly.
  • Participate in audits as a team member or independently, depending on the audit size.
  • Support and learn from senior staff accountants.

Job Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting.
  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience as a staff accountant or in a related role. Must have US Clients and with QB experience.
  • Familiarity with audit processes is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of GAAP.

Required Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word).
  • Experience with QuickBooks and other accounting software.
  • Familiarity with audit tools is a plus.

Location: WFH

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php50, Php70,000.00 per month
