Job description:

JoyRide is seeking a proactive and results-driven Driver Acquisition Assistant to support our driver growth efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and onboarding qualified driver-partners through a mix of digital outreach and on-ground activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and engage potential driver-partners
  • Build rapport with leads and guide them through the end-to-end onboarding process.
  • Achieve monthly activity and conversion targets by maintaining consistent outreach efforts.
  • Conduct field activations or community engagement activities when needed to boost lead generation.
  • Track and maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and successful conversions.
  • Collaborate with the team to continuously refine sourcing strategies and improve conversion rates.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in sales, recruitment, fieldwork, or community outreach is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Willing to do fieldwork
  • Must have own Motorcycle
