About the role

As an IV Nurse at Best Reliable Resources Internationale', you will be responsible for providing expert intravenous (IV) care to patients within our healthcare facility located in Ayala Alabang, Muntinlupa City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position, where you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of our medical services.

What you'll be doing

• Assess patients' IV needs and determine the appropriate IV therapy
• Insert, monitor, and maintain IV lines, including peripherally inserted central catheters (PICC) and central venous catheters
• Administer IV medications, fluids, and blood products as prescribed by the medical team
• Monitor patients' responses to IV therapy and make adjustments as needed
• Collaborate with the medical team to coordinate and optimize patient care
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all IV-related procedures and patient care
• Ensure strict adherence to infection control protocols and safety guidelines
• Provide compassionate and patient-centered care to all individuals under your care

What we're looking for

• Registered Nurse with a valid license to practice in the Philippines
• At least 2 years of experience as an IV Nurse or in a similar role within a healthcare setting
• Proficient in the insertion, management, and troubleshooting of various IV devices
• Strong understanding of IV therapy principles, medications, and potential complications
• Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with the medical team and provide patient education
• Commitment to delivering high-quality, safe, and compassionate patient care
