About the role

Great Image Services Corporation is seeking a dedicated Building Technician to join our team in Quezon City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in maintaining and optimising the operations of our commercial properties. As a Building Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of all building systems and services, contributing to the overall satisfaction of our tenants and the success of our business.

What you'll be doing

  1. Performing scheduled preventive maintenance on building systems and equipment, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and life safety systems
  2. Responding promptly to tenant requests and addressing any issues or malfunctions in a timely manner
  3. Coordinating with external contractors and vendors to ensure the timely completion of repairs and upgrades
  4. Monitoring and adjusting building systems to optimise energy efficiency and reduce operational costs
  5. Documenting maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance to maintain accurate records
  6. Assisting with project management tasks, such as coordinating building renovations and improvements
  7. Adhering to all health, safety, and environmental regulations to ensure a safe and compliant work environment
