Key Responsibilities

  • Supervision & Coordination:Directly oversee non-supervisory workers, coordinate daily tasks, and delegate responsibilities to ensure efficient work operations.
  • Safety & Compliance:Enforce safety protocols, ensure the proper use of equipment, and maintain compliance with all legal and company regulations on the job site.
  • Project Management:Develop and manage project schedules, monitor budget expenses for labor and materials, and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Resource Management:Manage and ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and materials needed for the project.
  • Problem-Solving:Identify and troubleshoot issues that arise on the job site and find timely and adequate solutions.
  • Quality Control:Ensure that the work performed meets established quality standards and specifications.
  • Training & Mentoring:Recruit, hire, train, and mentor workers and contractors as needed to meet project requirements.
  • Record Keeping:Maintain detailed records of daily work, expenses, and other necessary documentation for the project.
