We are looking for
QA/QC Engineers
who are passionate about delivering top-tier quality in materials and workmanship across every project phase.

| Role |

As a Quality Assurance / Quality Control Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring that all materials and construction activities meet project specifications, industry standards, and client expectations. You'll implement quality procedures, oversee testing, and monitor site execution to uphold quality across every stage of the project.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

  • Monitor on-site construction works to ensure compliance with approved plans and specifications
  • Conduct internal and external inspections, audits, and surveillance activities
  • Develop and implement quality control programs and QA plans
  • Review and verify concrete and material mix designs
  • Prepare QA/QC reports, weekly inspection summaries, and non-conformance documentation
  • Coordinate with the QA/QC Supervisor and project teams to address quality-related concerns
  • Track corrective actions and ensure resolution of quality discrepancies

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
  • Licensed Engineer
    (PRC Registered) is preferred
  • At least
    1 year of experience
    in a QA/QC Engineer role in the construction industry
  • Proficient in
    Microsoft Office
    and capable of generating inspection and QA/QC reports
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to adapt to shifting priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain a high level of accuracy
  • Familiarity with construction standards and materials testing procedures
