Job Overview:

We're looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Partner to support our marketing lead in content creation, social media management, and marketing campaigns. If you enjoy creating social media graphics, video editing, podcast editing, and taking initiative to help grow a brand, this role is perfect for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, and schedule social media content across Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and more
  • Design and produce social media graphics aligned with brand guidelines
  • Edit and produce short-form videos using accessible tools like Canva, CapCut, or similar
  • Edit podcast episodes, including audio cleanup, trimming, and basic mixing to ensure professional quality
  • Write engaging captions and create visual content aligned with brand identity
  • Collaborate on marketing campaigns and ensure timely execution
  • Support client communications and coordinate feedback and approvals
  • Track campaign performance and assist with reports
  • Manage content calendars and deadlines
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve marketing efforts and suggest new ideas

Qualifications:

  • Experience or interest in digital marketing, social media graphics, video, and podcast editing
  • Basic skills in graphic design and video/audio editing using user-friendly tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Have an eye for design and detail
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and proactive
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools is a plus
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn

Location: Cabancalan Mandaue City, Philippines (Onsite) Preferred CEBU Base candidates.

Schedule: Monday to Friday | 2 days off per week

Working Hours: Aligned with U.S. Eastern Time (EST)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php15, Php20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Mandaue City 6014 P07: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
