Sales Admin Supervisor

  • Serves as VP back office support
  • Oversee daily duties of Sales Admin to ensure that quality standards are being met and proper procedures are being followed
  • Monitoring customer price proposals

  • Give guidance to employees in handling errors, problems, complaints and/or disputes

  • Coordinate work schedules and duty assignments

*

  • Assisting in communicating relevant information needed by the clients
  • Responsible Store and organise data in electronic form & maintain /manage customer sales database
  • Canvassing and supplier sourcing as needed
  • Checking order form processing with accuracy & timeliness
  • Handle the vendor accreditation form
  • Assisting in digital marketing
  • Manage and update supplier database
  • Coordinate with the relevant department to ensure that needed info are being sent on a timely manner
  • Support in finding a potential new client and helping Sales Group to set an appointment
  • Attend to meetings if requested. Take minutes of the meeting
  • Handle the facilitating, monitoring, coordinating and safekeeping of all Sales Admin related business permits

  • Prepare and manage reports, manuals, correspondence and other documents related on Sales group activities

*

  • Keeps track Sales Group member's whereabouts
  • Maintains and keep up to-date files/records and reports and ensure all documents are properly filed and stored for reference of the Company.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php23, Php25,000.00 per month
