Property Operations Assistant

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct on-site inspections of company properties in United States.
  • Assess the structural condition of buildings, including identifying cracks, damages, and other potential hazards.
  • Document inspection findings accurately and prepare comprehensive reports.
  • Coordinate with contractors, maintenance teams, and property management staff regarding repairs and maintenance requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and safety regulations during inspections.
  • Track and follow up on outstanding repair or maintenance issues.
  • Use digital tools and reporting systems to log inspection data and communicate findings to management.
  • Assist with planning and scheduling inspections across multiple properties.

Qualifications

  • Valid US visa with the ability to travel to company properties in United States.
  • Bachelor's degree in any relevant field
  • Valid driver's license and ability to safely operate a vehicle on American roads(preferred).
  • Proven experience in property inspection, facilities management, or building maintenance is an advantage.
  • Ability to identify structural issues, such as cracks, damages, or potential hazards.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
  • Skilled in planning, organizing, and coordinating inspections efficiently.
  • Proficient in report writing and using digital tools for logging inspection data.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify issues and recommend solutions.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills with contractors, property teams, and management.
  • Capable of working independently and managing multiple tasks across various locations.
