The role involves building strong relationships with business clients, driving sales, and offering tailored solutions to meet their corporate needs, all while ensuring a customer-first attitude.
Responsibilities
- Manage and develop corporate client accounts, ensuring sales growth, customer satisfaction, and long-term retention.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and close coordination with internal business units.
- Provide personalized product recommendations based on the business needs of each corporate client.
- Engage with B2B clients via inbound/outbound calls, emails, and meetings to present new product offerings, trends, and special promotions.
- Process orders, upsell, and cross-sell to meet corporate clients' requirements, ensuring a seamless and efficient transaction process.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, order history, and account updates using the appropriate tools and systems to support both retention and reactivation efforts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and smooth execution of corporate orders.
- Ensure every interaction reflects a customer-first attitude, making client satisfaction and loyalty a top priority.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a sales or customer support role, with a focus on corporate or B2B sales.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
