Spanish Bilingual Paralegal – Litigation Support

This is a remote position.

  • Monday to Friday 9am-6pm Georgia time with 1 hour unpaid lunch break

Responsibilities:

  • Support the lead litigation paralegal in all stages of personal injury cases, from intake to trial preparation.

  • Draft, proofread, and file legal documents including pleadings, discovery responses, subpoenas, medical records requests, and settlement demands.

  • Manage and organize case files, ensuring all documents are updated and properly categorized.

  • Assist with calendaring deadlines, court appearances, depositions, and meetings.

  • Communicate with clients, medical providers, and court personnel in a professional and timely manner.

  • Review and summarize medical records, bills, and insurance documentation.

  • Prepare exhibits, trial notebooks, and hearing binders as needed.

  • Track case progress and help ensure compliance with litigation timelines and requirements.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Legal Assistant or Paralegal in a personal injury litigation setting.

  • Strong understanding of litigation procedures especially in personal injury, court filing requirements, and calendaring systems.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal practice management software (e.g., Clio, MyCase, or similar).

  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently while maintaining a collaborative approach with team members.

  • Paralegal certification or relevant degree preferred, but not required if experience is substantial.
