Job Description:

· Develop and implement effective sales strategies, including recruitment and training of Property Specialists, to achieve sales targets.

· Lead, mentor, and coach a team of Property Specialists

· Assist in the negotiation and closing of property sales deals, ensuring the best outcome for both the client and the company.

· Collaborate with the Sales Director to develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with business goals.

· Assist the sales team in developing and maintaining client relationships to drive repeat business

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field

· Good communication and negotiation skills

· Proven leadership experience in a real estate sales environment. This includes managing a team of real estate agents, setting goals, and guiding them to success.

· Excellent networking skills to build and maintain relationships with real estate professionals, clients, and other industry stakeholders.

· Can recruit 3-5 Property Specialists prior to on-boarding.
