We are seeking a results-driven and creative Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must be a Marketing graduate with at least 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in the Food & Beverage, Fastfood, or Restaurant industry. This role will play a key part in executing marketing campaigns, strengthening brand presence, and driving customer engagement to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
  • Plan, create, and manage content across digital platforms (social media, website, email, etc.).
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer insights, and competitor activities.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to implement promotional activities.
  • Manage marketing collaterals, including brochures, menus, posters, and online content.
  • Track and analyze the performance of campaigns, providing regular reports and recommendations.
  • Support in organizing events, product launches, and promotional activities.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and adherence to company standards.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (required).
  • At least 1-2 years of marketing experience, preferably in the Food & Beverage, Fastfood, or Restaurant sector.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and advertising strategies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (both written and verbal).
  • Creative, resourceful, and detail-oriented with strong project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator) is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of SEO, paid ads, and social media analytics.
  • Experience in franchise or retail marketing is a plus.
