Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead the recruitment team in achieving hiring targets.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process — from sourcing, screening, and interviewing to onboarding.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and ensure timely placement.
  • Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.
  • Conduct field recruitment activities such as job fairs, provincial sourcing, and community hiring.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations during the hiring process.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or any related field.
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in recruitment, with strong exposure in field recruitment (e.g., job fairs, mass hiring, provincial sourcing).
  • Experience in supervising or leading a recruitment team is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Willing to travel for field recruitment activities.
