Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, supervise, and motivate team members to achieve individual and unit goals.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve performance and productivity.
  • Monitor and evaluate team output, providing feedback and coaching for improvement.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, reporting, and compliance checks.
  • Serve as a liaison between management and frontline staff.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Recruit, onboard, and train new members to strengthen the team.
Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field.

  • At least 2–3 years of experience in sales, training, or leadership roles.

  • Strong communication, leadership, and motivational skills.
  • Passion for people development and mentoring.
  • Results-driven with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
