Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture
  • 2-3 years of experience in architectural design or a related field.
  • Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite. Knowledge of 3D modeling and rendering software is a plus.
  • Familiarity with building codes, construction methods, and sustainable design practices.
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the creation and development of architectural designs, concepts, and plans for various projects, including residential, commercial, and public buildings.
  • Prepare detailed architectural drawings, blueprints, and construction documents using CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools.
  • Work closely with the Senior Architect, project managers, and other team members to ensure that designs are executed according to specifications and within the project timeline.
  • Conduct site visits to assess project progress, take measurements, and ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
  • Stay updated with the latest architectural trends, materials, and construction techniques. Conduct research on building codes, regulations, and sustainability practices.
  • Assist in presenting design concepts and proposals to clients. Communicate effectively to understand client needs and incorporate feedback into designs.
  • Prepare and organize project documentation, including reports, presentations, and construction documentation.
  • Participate in quality checks to ensure accuracy in drawings and adherence to architectural standards and regulations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Php35,000.00 per month
