Key Responsibilities:

  • Staff Management: Hiring, training, scheduling, and supervising restaurant staff (servers, cooks, hosts, etc.).
  • Operational Management: Overseeing daily operations, ensuring smooth service, and maintaining quality standards.
  • Customer Service: Addressing customer concerns, resolving complaints, and striving to create a positive dining experience.
  • Financial Management: Managing budgets, tracking expenses, and analyzing sales performance.
  • Inventory Management: Ordering supplies, managing stock levels, and controlling food costs.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Developing and implementing marketing plans to attract customers and increase revenue.
  • Health and Safety: Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, including food handling and sanitation.

Essential Skills:

  • Leadership and Communication: Ability to motivate and guide staff, communicate effectively with both employees and customers.
  • Organizational and Problem-Solving Skills:Managing multiple tasks simultaneously, resolving issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Financial Acumen: Understanding budgets, expenses, and sales performance.
  • Customer Service Orientation: Prioritizing customer satisfaction and resolving complaints effectively.
  • Knowledge of Food and Beverage Operations: Understanding food preparation, service standards, and health and safety regulations.

Preferably applicant will have expereince the following:

  • Start as a server, cook, or host to gain experience and learn the basics of restaurant operations.
  • Shift Leader or Assistant Manager:Move into a supervisory role to develop leadership skills and gain more responsibilities.
