JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

  • Record day-to-day financial transactions promptly and accurately.

  • Maintain organized and up-to-date records of financial activities.

  • Regular reconciliation of accounts, ensuring accuracy and identifying discrepancies.

  • Reconcile bank statements, invoices, and other financial documents.

  • Generate financial reports summarizing key financial data.

  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

  • Documentation and Filing: Properly categorize and file financial documents, contributing to an organized and efficient documentation system.

  • Ensure compliance with record-keeping requirements.

  • Work closely with other team members to facilitate seamless financial processes.

  • Communicate effectively with colleagues to address any financial queries.

  • Compliance: Stay informed about relevant accounting regulations and ensure compliance with industry standards.

  • Assist in the preparation for audits, providing necessary documentation.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or any related discipline.

  • At least 2 years of professional experience in finance or accounting related roles.

  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Willing to report onsite from Monday to Friday between 9AM - 6PM.
