Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or Technical–Vocational graduate in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or any related technical course
  • Has at least 3 years of proven experience in a supervisory role, preferably handling auxiliary systems such as CCTV, FDAS, SCS, DACS, or similar low-current systems
  • Electrical Engineering graduates are an advantage; board passer is not required
  • Strong working knowledge of installation, testing, and commissioning of auxiliary systems
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, layouts, and specifications
  • Good organizational and documentation skills
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Good problem-solving skills with the ability to address site and technical issues
  • Flexible, adaptable, and able to handle multiple tasks
  • Willing and able to perform fieldwork and site assignments most of the time

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and monitor daily site activities related to auxiliary systems installation
  • Ensure works are executed in accordance with approved plans, specifications, and schedules
  • Assign and coordinate tasks to technicians and installers on site
  • Conduct site inspections, testing, and troubleshooting of installed systems
  • Coordinate with project engineers, coordinators, and other stakeholders regarding site progress and technical concerns
  • Monitor material usage, manpower deployment, and work productivity on site
  • Prepare and submit daily or weekly site progress reports
  • Ensure compliance with safety rules, quality standards, and company procedures
  • Assist in system testing, commissioning, and project turnover
  • Support the resolution of technical issues, punch-list items, and corrective works
  • Perform other tasks that may be assigned by Management from time to time
