Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Engineering Supervisor located in Quezon City. The Engineering Supervisor will oversee engineering operations, delegate tasks to the team, ensure proper maintenance and repair of hotel facilities, and manage construction or renovation projects. The role also involves ensuring compliance with safety standards and collaborating with other departments to maintain high-quality service and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Strong Supervisory Skills and experience in managing a team effectively.
  • Expertise in Engineering Management and Project Management.
  • Hands-on experience in Maintenance & Repair and Construction tasks.
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of safety guidelines and best practices for building maintenance.
  • Graduate or Undergraduate of a technical course (Engineering or related field).
  • Possession of PCO (Pollution Control Officer) or SO1 (Safety Officer 1) certification is an advantage.
