About the role

As the IT Supervisor - Head Office at Megawide Construction Corporation, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the IT infrastructure and operations at the company's head office. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the organisation's critical IT systems, networks, and technologies. The role is based in Quezon City, Metro Manila.

What you'll be doing

  1. Manage and oversee the performance, maintenance, and optimisation of the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and other hardware and software components
  2. Coordinate and supervise the IT support team, ensuring timely and effective resolution of user issues and technical problems
  3. Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance the security, reliability, and efficiency of the company's IT systems
  4. Collaborate with other departments to identify and address their IT-related needs and requirements
  5. Oversee the procurement, deployment, and configuration of new IT hardware and software solutions
  6. Monitor and analyse IT performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimisation
  7. Provide technical guidance and training to end-users to enhance their understanding and utilisation of IT resources
  8. Ensure compliance with relevant IT regulations, standards, and industry best practices

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar IT supervisory or management role, preferably within the construction or real estate industry
  2. Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience in managing and troubleshooting enterprise-level IT systems, networks, and infrastructure
  3. Proficient in network administration, server management, and the deployment and maintenance of various software applications
  4. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues
  5. Proven project management skills and the ability to oversee multiple IT initiatives simultaneously
  6. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  7. A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
