Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead brokerage strategy and execution for high-end projects in Metro Manila
  • Manage and coach Broker Managers to drive network performance
  • Build and grow a strong network of accredited, top-tier brokers
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing on broker-focused campaigns
  • Monitor performance, implement sales initiatives, and ensure accountability
  • Champion innovation in broker engagement and digital selling strategies

Qualifications

  • Licensed Real Estate Broker with updated DHSUD License
  • Minimum of 5 years leadership experience in the real estate industry, preferably handling horizontal high-end or luxury projects
  • Proven success in leading broker networks and managing sales leaders or broker managers
  • Strong broker recruitment and accreditation experience
  • Experience in digital selling, CRM tools, and broker performance analytics
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
