We are an established enterprise operating for almost 30 years based in Novaliches, Quezon City. We are a 100% Filipino-owned business, fabricating and manufacturing all kinds of stainless steel products in different parts of the country and abroad.

Position Details & Salary:

Position: Full-time QCI/QPI

Starting salary: Php 20,000/month

Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Overtime required as needed)

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years QA experience, preferably in stainless steel, construction, or manufacturing industries.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Technical skills and ability to understand blueprints, documents and manuals
  • Knowledge of basic math and computer skills

  • Overtime required and must be willing to work permanently in Novaliches, Quezon City.

Key Responsibilities:

  • The Quality Check Inspector (QCI) or Quality and Product Inspector (QPI) is responsible for performing quality checking from the entry of materials (incoming materials) up to the finished products, particularly in the laser cutting and bending area.
  • The Inspector is also tasked with monitoring the operators' tools and equipment to ensure they are in proper working condition.

Main Responsibilities

  • Inspect incoming materials to verify they match the Purchase Order (PO) and comply with established quality standards.
  • Conduct in-process inspection in the Laser Cutting and Bending Department using established Checklists.
  • Check finished products before they are turned over to the next process or prepared for delivery.
  • Inspect the tools and equipment used by operators and immediately report any defective items.
  • Fill out and maintain inspection reports and records.
  • Assist in the implementation of the company's quality standards.
  • Report any instances of non-conformance and conduct an initial assessment.
  • Check the inventory of Laser Cutting raw materials to determine if stock is running low.
  • Report low stock levels immediately to facilitate ordering a new batch of raw materials to prevent production delays or shutdowns due to material shortage.
  • Reports directly to Operations Manager.
