QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Holder of a degree in engineering.
  • Preferably has a background in wastewater or water supply facility operation or equivalent industry experience.
  • Familiarity with SAP EAM and SAP Asset Operations and Maintenance solutions, including proficiency in end-to-end business process flow.
  • With Experience as a Work Planner
  • Excellent in oral and written communication.
  • Excellent skills in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.
  • Must have, at minimum, a non-professional driver's license.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Performs detailed scope and resource planning for work orders. Detailed planning would include the definition of the exact scope of activities to be performed, the internal and external manpower required to perform the activities, the tools that need to be used, the permits that need to be prepared, and the materials that need to be procured or reserved from the warehouse in preparation for work execution.
  • Generates external service operations for tasks necessitating third-party services (processed via Purchase Orders). These operations can be planned and estimated by consulting the service master, which contains a standard list of external service items with associated standard prices.
  • Assigning internal work centers to work order operations for tasks to be performed by internal maintenance technicians and specifying the estimated man-hours required to complete each activity.
  • Records all necessary stock materials for work execution and allocating them to each operation within the work order. Stock materials, managed in the warehouse, must be reserved and issued accordingly. Alternatively, stock materials may be chosen from the asset's bill of materials if equipment BOM is maintained.
  • Ensures that the work is satisfactorily finished, and upon approval of the goods receipt and service entry, the work order will be marked as technically completed (TECO).
  • Assessing the current state of assets and equipment to identify maintenance needs, vulnerabilities, and areas for improvement. Analyzing historical data, failure patterns, and performance metrics to inform strategy development.
