About the role

As the Repair and Maintenance Coordinator at Gulf Leisure and Entertainment Network Corporation, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our facilities. Based in Quezon City, Metro Manila, this full-time position will involve coordinating the maintenance and repair activities across our entertainment venues to deliver an exceptional experience for our customers.

What you'll be doing

  • Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of all preventative maintenance and reactive repair work across our entertainment complexes
  • Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of maintenance and repair services
  • Manage the maintenance budget and resources, optimising costs while maintaining operational excellence
  • Implement and monitor maintenance protocols and quality control measures to ensure compliance with industry standards
  • Analyse performance data and generate reports to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous optimisation
  • Provide technical guidance and support to on-site teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development
