Senior IT Consultant (Remote – Philippines-based)

Our US-based partner company is looking for a Senior IT Consultant to join their growing remote team in the Philippines

If you're a proactive problem-solver with strong technical expertise and a passion for delivering exceptional IT solutions, this role is perfect for you. You'll manage and execute multiple client projects, handle complex technical tasks, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.

About the Role

As a Senior IT Consultant, you will serve as both a Project Manager and Engineer, overseeing end-to-end delivery of IT projects. You'll collaborate with clients to define project requirements, establish timelines, and execute solutions involving a wide range of technologies — from Microsoft 365 migrations to network setups and cloud infrastructure.

This position requires excellent communication, project management, and hands-on technical skills at the Tier 2 and Tier 3 levels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute multiple client IT projects, ensuring completion within set timelines.
  • Collaborate with clients to define project expectations, deliverables, and schedules.
  • Perform hands-on technical work involving Tier 2 and Tier 3 support.
  • Conduct regular client meetings to review progress, tasks, and technical requirements.
  • Provide onsite support for project work as needed.
  • Document procedures performed, time spent, and follow-up actions; report findings to the Service Delivery Manager.
  • Continuously look for ways to improve efficiency and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in IT consulting, systems engineering, or technical project management.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Demonstrated experience managing or supporting projects such as:
  • Microsoft 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune)
  • Email migrations (to and from Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace)
  • Azure migrations including Virtual Desktops
  • Network setups and upgrades (SonicWall, Meraki, Cisco Small Business switches)
  • Windows 11 and Mac OS X basic support
  • Experience with IT Glue preferred but not required.
