Primary Responsibilities:

  • Build tools by developing statistical models, applying advanced statistical techniques, or using visualization to answer business questions, and/or improve processes. Analyze, translate and simplify requirements from stakeholders OR Propose solutions / improvements to stakeholders
  • Generate insights from data leading to a deeper understanding of Cebu Pacific customers.
  • Create reports and automate them . Analyze, translate and simplify requirements from stakeholders.
  • Create and cascade model management frameworks.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, engineering, economics.
  • Proficient / Develop proficiency in statistical programming – SAS, R, etc. Prior experience in R highly valued.
  • Understands data, data structures
  • Good statistical aptitude, ability to story-tell from data
  • Able to work and make sense of ambiguity in initial data or requirements
  • Must have a valid work visa or legal authorization to work in the Philippines

Note: This position is for an Individual Contributor and will be based in Pasay City, Metro Manila but currently follows a hybrid workplace flexibility arrangement.
