We are seeking a highly imaginative and skilled 
Creative Artist
 with a strong focus on 
video content creation
 to join our team. The ideal candidate is a visual storyteller who can bring ideas to life through compelling video concepts, engaging motion graphics, and polished post-production. You will collaborate closely with marketing, product, and creative teams to develop content that elevates our brand and captivates our audience across digital platforms.

Video Production and Editing:

  • Conceptualize, storyboard, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for campaigns, social media, ads, and internal projects.
  • Produce short-form and long-form videos optimized per platform (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube, etc.).
  • Enhance footage with motion graphics, animation, color grading, sound design, and visual effects.
  • Maintain a consistent visual style aligned with brand guidelines.

Creative Concept Development:

  • Generate original, innovative ideas for video content, promotional materials, and visual storytelling.
  • Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to translate campaign goals into compelling video concepts.
  • Assist with creative direction during shoots, including scene composition, lighting, and talent coordination.

Content Strategy & Optimization:

  • Analyze audience trends to produce video content that maximizes engagement and impact.
  • Experiment with new formats, storytelling techniques, and emerging visual styles.
  • Repurpose and edit existing footage to create fresh, high-performing content.

Project Management:

  • Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Organize and maintain digital assets, ensuring efficient workflow and version control.
  • Communicate project status, needs, and timelines to team members and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a video editor, videographer, multimedia artist, or similar creative role.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in video editing, motion graphics, and visual storytelling.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) or equivalent tools (Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
  • Knowledge of camera operation, lighting, audio recording, and other on-set production techniques.
  • Understanding of social media video trends and platform-specific best practices.
  • Ability to take direction, accept feedback, and iterate quickly.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and creative problem-solving skills.
