About the role

We are looking for a talented Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team at CORPORATE VISIONS INC' in Lahug Cebu City, Cebu. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary of up to ₱27,000 as well as the potential to earn incentives of up to ₱45,000.

What you'll be doing

  1. Providing exceptional customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat
  2. Resolving customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
  3. Maintaining accurate records and documentation of all customer interactions
  4. Identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and processes
  5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality customer service

What we're looking for

  1. Proven experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably within the IT or telecommunications industry
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt your approach to different customer needs
  3. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to effectively address customer concerns
  4. Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools
