About the role
We are looking for a talented Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team at CORPORATE VISIONS INC' in Lahug Cebu City, Cebu. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary of up to ₱27,000 as well as the potential to earn incentives of up to ₱45,000.
What you'll be doing
- Providing exceptional customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat
- Resolving customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation of all customer interactions
- Identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and processes
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality customer service
What we're looking for
- Proven experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably within the IT or telecommunications industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt your approach to different customer needs
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to effectively address customer concerns
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a commitment to continuous improvement
