Ø Receives cash and check collection daily from riders.

Ø Safe-keeps cash and checks received in the vault.

Ø Monitors post- dated check daily.

Ø Prepares Deposits Slips and deposits cash to authorized depository bank.

Ø Prepares cash and check deposit on time

Ø Receives and process payment request.

Ø Responsible in logging total collection of riders to Deposit logbook.

Ø Record the receiving and issuance of collection receipts booklet.

Ø Encoding of return check in the system.

Ø Get the returned check every morning and reversed in the system (Sage) then waiting advise for re-deposit or check replacement.

Ø Daily reconciliation of deposit manifest every morning.

Ø Controls all the cash receipts.

Ø Controls and replenishes accounting petty cash.

Ø Releases Riders gasoline and food allowance, change fund and other petty cash payments.

Ø Prepares PDC (Post Dated Check) maturing daily report submitted to Branch Officer for checking.

Ø Prepares and submits Cash Receipts Journal (CRJ) report daily to Branch Officer for checking.

Ø Prepare CRS sent to Credit and Collection through GC

Ø Sorting and filing of Collection receipts and Sales invoice daily.

Ø Performs other related functions assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.
