Qualifications & Experience

  • Graduate of BS Accountancy, Accounting Information System, BSBA Major in Financial Management or any related courses
  • With or without experience
  • Willing to start ASAP

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

  • Preparation and monitoring of Sales and Payment Ledger
  • Preparation of Statement of Account for NEW RBW
  • Collection of Checks from NEW RBW and other distributors
  • Depositing of check payment when due
  • Preparation and Monitoring of Accounts Receivable Ledger (Ageing)
  • Preparation of Inter-Branch Shipment Form
  • Preparation and Monitoring of Delivery Invoices (Other distributors)
  • Checking of Debit Memo's from NRBW
  • Checking of Trucking Services Billing
  • Monitoring and issuance of Office Supplies
  • Preparation of Office Supplies Summary Report
  • Releasing of Gumboots, face mask, and uniforms
  • Preparation of Uniform Inventory Report
  • Conduct Monthly Physical Inventory
