We are seeking a skilled Food Technologist to develop, improve, and ensure the quality and safety of food products. The ideal candidate will work closely with production and quality teams to maintain compliance with company standards and government regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop new food products and improve existing formulations
  • Conduct product testing and shelf-life studies
  • Ensure compliance with FDA, GMP, and HACCP standards
  • Monitor production processes to maintain quality and consistency
  • Conduct sensory evaluations and laboratory analysis
  • Collaborate with R&D, Quality Assurance, and Production departments
  • Prepare and maintain technical reports and documentation
  • Research and recommend new ingredients, processes, or technologies

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, or related field
  • With or without experience (experience in food manufacturing is an advantage)
  • Knowledgeable in GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and laboratory documentation
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Willing to work onsite and flexible with schedule
