DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE POSITION

  • Handling, updating, and assisting day-to-day loan consultant concerns/queries.
  • Assisting marketing assistants/BMs on pre-screening documents/requirements submitted by loan consultants.
  • Boost sales engagement of assigned loan consultants per branch on delivering new/renewal accounts.
  • Assist in the recruitment and Onboarding of new loan consultants.
  • Escalate concerns, complaints, and other issues being encountered to the immediate supervisor for quick kills and implement approved solutions on a case-by-case basis.
  • Assist/execute programs implemented by the Trade Marketing Department.

Qualification for the Sales Associate Position

  • 1-2 years of experience or a graduate of any 4-year business-related course, with relevant experience in banking and finance.
  • Process-oriented and technology-inclined, organized, and can work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Can communicate confidently—both written and verbal—and is able to liaise with all departments and stakeholders.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
