JOB SUMMARY

Managing, organizing, and maintaining all documentation. Will ensure that the correct versions of drawings, specifications, reports, and other technical documents are issued, tracked, and accessible to all stakeholders. Will also provide general technical / administrative assistance to the department, bridging coordination among design, operations, procurement, and other teams.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Assist in the initial Vendor Screening Process.
  2. Endorse pre-qualified vendors for accreditation to PAG.
  3. Attend to various accreditation concerns of vendors / endorsing groups (pending submittals/deficiencies).
  4. Update and maintain vendor information such as contact information, company profiles, engagements, NFCC and other pertinent documents needed in the evaluation of contractors for shortlisting.
  5. Perform various administrative and document management tasks within the group.
  6. Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED

  1. Bachelor's Degree in any four-year Business-related course

  2. Prior experience (1–2 years) in document control.)

  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  4. Knowledge or willingness to learn document management systems / software

  5. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, strong sense of responsibility

  6. Good communication skills (written and verbal)

  7. Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and meet deadlines
