Tagaytay, Calabarzon, Philippines Transnational Diversified Group, Inc. Full time ₱420,000 - ₱540,000 per year

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage existing systems to improve farm productivity, water management, and energy efficiency.

  2. Assist in designing new farm structures aligned with sustainable building practices.

  3. Ensure preventive maintenance and repair schedules for all farm equipment and structures.

  4. Collaborate with the farm management team to align engineering projects with crop planning and overall farm goals.

  5. Maintain documentation for projects, timelines, and budgets effectively.

  6. Serve as the Pollution Control Officer for the farm.

Qualifications:

  1. Degree in Agricultural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

  2. Hands-on experience in farm infrastructure projects or maintenance.

  3. Knowledge of renewable energy systems, water management, and sustainable farming practices is an advantage.

  4. Ability to manage projects, timelines, and budgets effectively.

  5. Practical, solution-oriented, and willing to work in the field as needed.

  6. Familiarization with AutoCAD / SketchUp

  7. Familiarization with sustainability systems (e.g. rainwater catchment, solar system, sewage treatment plant)

  8. Can operate power tools, grass cutter / shredder, water pump systems etc.

  9. On-site work in Tagaytay

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php35, Php45,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Cavite: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • PRC / PCO (Preferred)

Location:

Willingness to travel:
