JOB SUMMARY:

A QA/QC (Quality Assurance/ Quality Control) Engineer for Architectural Works in construction is responsible for ensuring that all architectural elements of a project meet specified standards, codes, and design requirements. This role is critical in maintaining quality across all stages of construction related to architectural finishes and components.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Quality Assurance & Control
  • Inspection & Testing
  • Documentation
  • Coordination & Compliance
  • Creating of method statement
  • Coordination with Nominated subcontractors
  • Hand-over to PMT after inspection

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.

Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in QA/QC for Architectural Works in medium to large-scale construction projects.

Technical Competencies ("Know-how")

  • Strong knowledge of relevant codes and standards.
  • Familiarity with construction drawings, specifications, and technical submittals.
  • Experience with QA/QC documentation systems.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Certification in Quality (e.g., ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, ASQ) is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php22, Php25,000.00 per month
