Job Description
We're looking for a BPO Trainer to help train and support a high-performing admin team handling Australian real estate clients. This role is focused on onboarding, coaching, and performance support, making it a great fit for someone who enjoys helping teams grow on the floor.
What You'll Be Doing:
· Conduct onboarding sessions for new staff
· Provide coaching and process refreshers to current team members
· Monitor task accuracy, soft skills, and quality
· Assist with handling escalations and support team performance
· Attend internal and client meetings to support team development
· Collaborate with HR and leadership on performance updates and support needs
What We're Looking For:
· Proven experience in training, team support, or coaching (BPO setup)
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Ability to manage multiple priorities and give clear feedback
· Experience working with Australian clients is highly regarded
· Experience using real estate software such as AgentBox, REX, VaultRE, Property Tree, or Property Me is strongly preferred
· Positive, organised, and flexible
