Job Summary:

Technical Services Assistant responsibilities include working on multiple projects, providing technical support, and responsible for resolving technical issues as they occur and for the monitoring of progress of your areas of responsibility.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the project execution
  • Interprets and executes plans and specifications
  • Prepares the work activity reports for the monitoring and update of Superintendent
  • Assists the subcontractors for the proper execution of work assignments.
  • Assist in setting work program target milestones for each phase based on the project plan.
  • Assist in preparing work program, cash flow, and manpower histogram for tenders
  • Supports Technical Documents for Project Tender
  • Supports to all disciplines through a variety of tasks including proposal drawings and sketches.
  • Assist in production of draft design and diagrams according to the given specifications
  • Assist in coordination with designers and engineers to ensure all blueprints and technical drawings are completed to specifications.
  • Visiting sites to gather information, and determine limitations and feasibility of designs.
  • Assist in preparation of monthly report reflecting work progress summary.
  • Assist in Projected deliveries per Phase.
  • Assist in monitoring progress in accordance to target dates
  • Assist in monitoring catch-up plan for any delays
  • Performs other related tasks that may be assigned.

Qualifications:

  • At least College graduate of Architecture or Engineering (Civil)
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Proficient in AutoCAD (other engineering design software is a plus)
  • Strong MS Office Skill
  • Detail Oriented
  • Able to perform productively while under pressure
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Possesses the ability towards collaborative communications across multi-functional teams
  • Committed to work, honest and dependable
