About the role

Knoll Ridges Consultancy, Inc. is seeking a talented Travel and Expense Assistant to join our team in Taguig City Metro Manila. This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for managing the travel and expense processes for our organisation. You will work closely with our finance and accounting department to ensure all expenses are accurately tracked and reported.

What you'll be doing

  • Review and process employee expense reports, ensuring all expenses are compliant with company policies

  • Reconcile credit card statements and maintain detailed expense records

  • Provide support and guidance to employees on the expense reporting process
  • Assist with the preparation of financial reports and presentations related to travel and expenses
  • Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely expense reporting
  • Identify opportunities to optimise and streamline the travel and expense management process

What we're looking for

  1. 6 to 1 yearof experience in a travel and/or expense management role, preferably in a professional services or consulting environment
  2. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  3. Proficient in using travel booking systems and expense management software
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with employees at all levels
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines
  6. Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting a plus
