Job Description: Performance Marketing Manager / Executive (Digital Marketing)
Position Summary:
- The Performance Marketing Manager/Executive plays a key role in the company by driving and optimizing digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, increase customer acquisition, and maximize revenue.
- This position requires expertise in Google AdWords, Facebook Business Manager, regional market management, direct-to-consumer marketing, e-commerce, and UX optimization.
- The individual will be responsible for achieving revenue targets through effective performance marketing campaigns and will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the success of marketing initiatives.
- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, conversion, and retention.
- Manage and optimize paid search campaigns using Google AdWords to drive targeted traffic and maximize return on investment.
- Utilize the Social Media Manager to plan, implement, and optimize social media advertising campaigns.
- Provide regional expertise by managing and executing marketing initiatives across multiple markets, tailoring strategies to suit specific market needs and preferences.
- Drive local market coverage in key markets such as the US and New Zealand, ensuring marketing efforts align with local trends, consumer behavior, and regulatory requirements.
- Implement direct-to-consumer marketing tactics to increase online sales and customer engagement.
- Work closely with the sales team to set revenue targets and develop marketing strategies that align with business goals.
- Leverage e-commerce platforms and tools to enhance online shopping experiences and drive conversions.
- Conduct regular analysis of marketing campaigns, using key metrics and performance indicators to optimize marketing efforts and improve ROI.
- Collaborate with the UX/UI team to optimize website and landing page experiences, improving user engagement, conversion rates, and overall customer satisfaction.
- Proven experience and proficiency in managing Google AdWords campaigns, including keyword research, ad creation, bid management, and campaign optimization.
- Strong understanding of Facebook Business Manager, including ad creation, targeting, budget management, and performance tracking.
- Demonstrated experience in managing and executing marketing campaigns across multiple markets, tailoring strategies to local market needs.
- Previous experience in key markets such as the US and New Zealand, with a deep understanding of consumer behavior, market trends, and regulatory frameworks.
- Track record of achieving revenue targets through effective performance marketing strategies.
- Experience in direct-to-consumer marketing, preferably in the e-commerce or pet food industry.
- Solid knowledge of e-commerce platforms, tools, and best practices for driving online sales.
- Understanding of UX optimization principles and ability to collaborate with UX/UI teams to improve website and landing page performance.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, analyze campaign performance, and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, external partners, and stakeholders.
