On-site - Bulacan 1-3 Yrs Exp Bachelor Full-time Overview Share Job Description Responsibilities We are seeking a strategic and dynamic Brand Marketing Specialist to manage and elevate the brand presence of B.O.B. Performance & Accessories Inc. and its partner brands, including RCB, UMA Racing, and Solfili. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the motorcycle industry and strong expertise in brand management, marketing communications, and customer engagement. This role requires someone who can collaborate effectively with both internal teams and external partners to execute impactful marketing campaigns, drive brand awareness, and support business growth in a highly competitive market. Develop and execute comprehensive brand marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and growth for B.O.B. Performance & Accessories Inc. and its partner brands (RCB, UMA Racing, Solfili). Lead the creation of compelling brand messaging, positioning, and value propositions tailored to the target audience in the motorcycle performance and accessories market. Plan and manage marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, events, retail, and traditional media. Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners, influencers, and stakeholders in the motorcycle industry to expand brand reach. Monitor and analyze brand performance, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation. Work closely with the sales team to align brand initiatives with sales objectives and drive product demand. Collaborate with the product development team to ensure marketing materials and product offerings align with brand identity and customer needs. Manage the brand’s digital presence, including website content, social media platforms, and online advertising. Oversee the creation of marketing assets such as advertising materials, product photography, videos, and promotional content. Coordinate and execute brand activations, events, and promotions to engage customers and enhance brand visibility. Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. At least 5 years of experience in brand marketing, preferably in the automotive, motorcycle, or performance parts industries. Strong knowledge of the motorcycle performance parts and accessories market in the Philippines is highly desirable. Proven track record in developing and executing successful brand marketing strategies and campaigns. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling brand messages. Solid understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, search engine marketing (SEM), and content marketing. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to track and measure marketing performance and adjust strategies as needed. Creative mindset with a passion for innovation and staying updated on market trends and consumer behavior. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams. Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines effectively. Knowledge of graphic design software and content management systems is a plus. Passion for motorcycles and motorcycle culture is an advantage.
