•Verify that food orders are prepared according to the customer's specifications, including any special requests, dietary restrictions, or allergen considerations.


•Monitor portion sizes and serving quantities to ensure they align with the restaurant's portion control guidelines.


•Observe and enforce proper food safety and sanitation practices in the kitchen area.


•Maintain effective communication channels with the kitchen staff, waitstaff, and management team.

Job Type: Full-time
