Front Office Manager

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 5 years hotel front office experience,ñ with at least 2–3 years in a managerial or assistant managerial role
Proven leadership capability — able to manage a large team, delegate tasks, and enforce standards consistently
Strong background in guest experience management, service recovery, and handling escalated concerns
Deep knowledge of front office operations, reservations, room allocation, cashiering, and night audit oversight
Skilled in PMS systems and confident in data-driven decision making
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — able to coordinate effectively with all departments
Strong understanding of hotel revenue opportunities, upselling programs, and room optimization
High level of professionalism, integrity, and accountability
Strong problem-solving skills; able to stay composed and decisive under pressure
Experience in crafting and executing SOPs, staff training programs, and performance evaluations
Flexible and willing to work operational hours, including weekends and peak periods
Solid customer service mindset with the ability to build guest loyalty
