Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — able to coordinate effectively with all departments

Strong understanding of hotel revenue opportunities, upselling programs, and room optimization

High level of professionalism, integrity, and accountability

Strong problem-solving skills; able to stay composed and decisive under pressure

Experience in crafting and executing SOPs, staff training programs, and performance evaluations

Flexible and willing to work operational hours, including weekends and peak periods

Solid customer service mindset with the ability to build guest loyalty
