DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Process sales order transactions.
  • Encode flyers and Catalogues Sales Transactions.
  • Remit collections and submit Daily Sales Cashier Turnover Report (Directs Sales)
  • Ensure collections are properly reconciled from the actual to the system record.
  • Assist Collection Staff in processing package sales transactions.
  • Ensure that the cashier station is in good and clean condition with all standees completely displayed.
  • Manage the filing of Summary Turnover Reports.
  • Accept request of customer for change name and transfer of account.
  • Listen to customer's questions and concerns and provide answers or responses limited to ID verification, promo and general packages.
  • Perform all other related duties that maybe assigned from time to time

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's / College degree in any field.
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of products, primarily Excel.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • At least one (1) year of related work experience is required for this position.
  • Possess strong customer service orientation, flexible and demonstrate sound work ethics.
  • Can start ASAP

Job Type: Full-time

Base Pay: Php16, Php18,000.00 per month
