We have an opening for a Project Finance Analyst

  • Hybrid work setup
  • Night shift schedule

Responsibilities:

  • Financial Management: Oversee project budgets by monitoring expenses, comparing actual costs against forecasts, and preparing accurate financial reports. Ensure compliance with financial controls, approval processes, and corporate policies. Handle monthly financial activities such as invoicing, forecasting, and accounting adjustments.

  • Risk & Issue Management: Support the identification, monitoring, and resolution of project risks and issues. Proactively escalate concerns and collaborate with stakeholders to drive timely solutions.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, or a related field

Minimum of 3 years' experience in Operations Finance or a similar project support role

Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)

Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail

Effective communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional and client collaboration

Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with flexibility

Strong problem-solving and initiative-taking abilities to drive issue resolution

Highly organized and process-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php30, Php50,000.00 per month
